Cobia Steak in Japanese Curry
Ingredients:
340g cobia steak, 1/4 piece carrot, 1/2 piece potato, 1/4 piece onion : 1/4 pc, 10g japanese curry cube,
Seasoning:
little salt & pepper
Methods :
1.
Peel and dice carrot, potato and onion. Cook carrot in boiling water for 20 minutes. Add potato and cook for 10 minutes further. Strain.

Soak curry into some hot water until dissolved
3.
Defrost fish steak and pat it dry. Marinate with salt and pepper for about 30 minutes. Pan-fry fish steak with some oil until golden.
4.
Sauté onion, stir in carrot and potato. Add curry and sufficient water and cook slowly until the sauce thickened up. Pour curry onto fish
5.
