Chile Loco Soup with Duck Breast
Ingredients:
300g Chile loco, 1 piece duck breast (skin removed), 6-8pc dried long-ngan, 1/4 dried mandarin peel
Seasoning:
little sea salt
Methods :
1.
Defrost and wash Chile loco. Blanch. Rinse in running water until clean.
2.
Blanch the duck breast.
3.
Soak dried mandarin peel in hot water for about 10 minutes. Scrap the white pith with a knife.
4.
Put all ingredients into a container with lid and steam for 3-4 hours. Season with sea salt
