Black Cod* (Sablefish)Steaks with mushroom and XO Sauce
Ingredients:
227g Black cod (Sablefish)steaks, 25g button mushrooms, 1/4 bell pepper, cornstarch for dusting
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon flavoured sauce, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 3 tablespoons XO Seafood sauce, 125mL water, pepper to taste
Methods :
1.
Defrost the steaks

Dust fish steaks with cornstarch
3.
Pan-fry fish steaks in 2 tablespoons oil until golden yellow and done. Drain and put on a serving plate
4.
Stir-fry button mushrooms and bell pepper in 1/2 tablespoon oil. Add sauce mix and heat through. Pour over fish steaks
top
