| Pan-fry Lo Sui Atlantic Pollock Fillets |

Ingredients: |

| 454g Atlantic pollock fillets, 1 piece of spring onion(chopped), corn flour |
Seasoning: |
| 4 tablespoons lo sui marinade sauce, 2 teaspoons wine, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon corn flour |

Defrost the fillets. |

Dredge Atlantic pollock fillet in flour. Fry it until golden, transfer to a serving plate. |

Heat 1 tablespoon oil and saute with spring onion. Add seasoning and boil, then pour over the Atlantic pollock fillet. |
