Country Style Atlantic Cod Fillets
Ingredients:
Cream of potato mushroom soup 1/3 can, Atlantic cod fillet, bread flour 1 bag, 1 egg, little of wine
Methods :
1.
Defrost the cods and
place into the wine for 3 minutes.
2.
Dredge the cods on the bread flour and eggs. Put them into the frying pan and wait until the cods turn golden.
3.
Stir 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cream potato mushroom soup in a saucepan over low heat for 1 minute. Sprinkle them on the cods and ready to serve.
