Recommended Recipe:
Pan-fried Fillets of Atlantic Mackerel with Saffron Sauce

Ingredients:

340g Atlantic Mackerel fillets, 25g corn oil, 50mL white wine, 25g onions (chopped),5g garlic (chopped),100g cream, little saffron, little corn starch

Methods :
1. Defrost the fillets.
2. Season and pan fry with corn oil in a non-stick pan.
3. Heat the white wine with the onions, garlic and saffron and reduce by half.
4. Add cream, boil for a short time and bind with dissolved corn starch.
5. Blend this sauce with the juice from the roasted Atlantic mackerel fillets, and season to taste.
6. Arrange the fillets on a plate and add the sauce. Accompany with your choice of green vegetables.
